摘    要:精馏装置中使用热泵是节能的一种有效措施,而以直接蒸汽再压缩的热泵流程为最佳。本文给出了计算的数学模型和以有效能损失最小为目标函数的设计方法,并结合实例阐明了此种热泵的节能效果和经济效益。

Abstract:It is an effective method to apply heat pump for saving energy in distillation plant.Es-pecially direct vapor recompressing has become more attractive at some developed coun-tries recently.Based on some other authors'methods,with entropy,enthalpy balance andconcepts of available energy being applied,the mathematic models and a complete design-ing method using minimum loss in available energy as the objective function are presentedin this paper.The results of three technical problems have confirmed this concept.
