利用PLC实现泵站变频恒压供水控制系统

摘    要:介绍了基于PC的变频恒压供水系统的构成和工作原理,系统采用变频调速的方式自动调节水泵电机的转速以保持供水压力的恒定,降低了电能损耗。利用MSComm6.0函数实现了西门子S7—300系列PLC与上位机的通信,并给出了基于VC++的通信程序设计方法。本系统工作稳定,可以满足恒压变量的需求,保持供水管网末端恒压,使供水系统始终处于高效节能的最佳状态。

Abstract:This paper introduced the system structure and working principle of frequency control for constant water pressure.The system used frequency conversion's mode to adjust water pump motor's rotational speed automatically to keep water supply pressure and reduce energe loss.Using MSComm6.0 function,the system realized communication between PC and SIMATIC S7-300 series PLC and gave the design method of communication programme by VC .It can keep water supply network constant pressure and make water supply system keep in high-point state.
