稀土对酸活化膨润土酯化催化活性的影响

摘    要:本文研究了一系列活化膨润土的酯化催化活性。结果表明:在膨润土的酸活化过程中加入适量的稀土可以提高活性白土的酯化催化活性,进而确定了以稀土作活化促进剂的酸活化工艺条件。稀土对催化活性的促进作用证明是由于稀土可以提高催化剂的表面酸性。

Abstract:The catalytic esterfication activity of a series of activited bentonites were characterized. It was fornd that the addition of rare earth during acid activity process of bentonite could enhance the catalytic esterfication activity of activited clay,and then the acid activity technical conditions with rare earth as a activity promoter were defined. The facilitation of rare earth for catalytic activity was proved to be the cause of that the rare earth could increase the surface acidity of catalysts.
