摘    要:介绍了利用Excel进行营养食谱设计的优越性和方便性,综述了进行食谱设计时数据的输入及调整食谱的方法。体现了Excel电子表格数据处理软件中公式与函数的强大计算功能,并在实际的工作和家庭食谱设计中起到了一定的推广和借鉴作用,具有广泛的实际应用价值。

Abstract:The advantages and conveniences of Excel used in nutritional recipe design were described.The methods of inputting data and adjusting nutritional recipe during design were narrated.The formula and functions in Excel software has some extending and referring functions in the daily work and family menus design,and can be widely used in practical works.
