摘    要:简介了一幢十层钢筋混凝土空心剪力墙结构1/2.8比例模型房屋的拟动力试验和拟静力试验概况;研究和分析了在峰值加速度分别为50 ga l、100 ga l、200 ga l、400 ga l、800 ga l的EL-cen tro(N-S)地震波作用下以及在结构接近极限承载力时在低周反复水平荷载作用下结构的裂缝和变形的发展规律及破坏机理和延性.试验研究结果表明:钢筋混凝土空心剪力墙结构的受力性能和破坏特征与普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构类同;其抗震性能良好;模型抗震构造措施合理可行.试验研究结果对钢筋混凝土空心剪力墙结构在地震区小高层住宅中的应用有重要的参考价值.

Abstract:Pseudo-dynamic and pseudo-static aseismic test for 1/2.8 scale model of reinforced concrete hollow shear wall structure are briefly introduced.The structurl crevices,deformation and failure mechanism and ductility are studied under EL-centro(N-S) seismic wave for 50 gal,100 gal,200 gal,400 gal,800 gal peak acceleration and under low cycle reverse horizontal load when structure approaches the limit capacity.The results of aseismic test and study indicated that the carrying property and flexure feature of reinforced concrete hollow shear wall structure are similar to common reinforced concrete shear wall structure: the aseismatic properties are good,the aseismatic detail construction is rationally feasible.The results of test and study have important referential value to small tall resident building for seismic area.
