摘    要:笔者对《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》(以下简称《高规》)、《建筑防排烟系统技术规范》GB×××-2008(征求意见稿)(以下简称《征求意见稿》)、上海市工程建设规范《建筑防排烟技术规程》DGJ08-88-2006(以下简称《上海规》)等规范防排烟章节有关规定,从气流流动理论上对其中三个主要问题;《高规》第8章与第6章安全疏散基本原则不匹配的问题、自然排烟防烟可靠性问题及高层建筑加压送风量计算模型问题进行了分析,最后得出结论和解决方案。

Abstract:To 《Code for fire protection design of high civil architecture》 (hereinafter referred to as 《high regulation》 ), 《building smoke control system specification》 GBxxx-2008(Draft) (hereinafter referred to as "Draft"), Shanghai Construction Standards 《Technical Specification for building smoke》 DGJ08-88-2006 (hereinafter referred to as the 《Shanghai Regulations》) and other relevant provisions of the section of specification smoke, the author analyzed for three main issues which included that the Chapter 8 and Chapter 6 of 《high regulation》 does not match the basic principles of safe evacuation, the reliability of natural smoke extraction and the calculation model of high-rise building pressurized air supply, finally draw conclusions and solutions.
