工业用高精度变负荷制冷系统的设计及探讨

摘    要:工业用空调一般控温精度要求高,有时热负荷变化很大,这对制冷系统的设计提出了更高要求,着重对高精度变负荷工业用风冷冷水机组制冷系统设计进行阐述和分析,并针对性地提出了双压缩机并联制冷系统、采用能量调节阀的制冷系统设计选择方案,以解决实际应用中经常遇到的一些问题。

Abstract:Industrial air conditioning need requires a high precision of temperature control, the thermal load changes a lot, so the design of refrigeration systems which put a higher demand. In this paper, the design of the industrial high-precision variable toad air-cooled water chiller refrigeration system were emphatically summarized and analyzed, and put forward a dual parallel compressor refrigeration system, the design options in refrigeration system of using the energy regulator, to solve some of the problems often encountered in practical application.
