| Abstract: | To obtain the new method on monitoring the nonconducting between power network and grand for low voltage power system.The monitoring for nonconducting between power network and grand is researched.It can resolve the present problem,and realize the monitoring of the whole low voltage power system.It works safe and economy,and it is able to replace the technology on protecting of creepage for remainder electric current. |
