摘    要:鞍钢2150ASP热连轧生产线自动板形控制系统是自主开发和设计的板形控制系统,包括板形预设定、弯辊力前馈、凸度反馈、平坦度反馈和板形板厚解耦等功能。本文详细阐述了弯辊力前馈、凸度反馈和平坦度反馈三个模型在现场的具体实现。系统自2006年初投入使用至今一直稳定运行,从大量的生产数据来看,投入板形控制系统后,板形质量有了大幅度提高,具有推广应用的前景。

Abstract:The automatic shape control system of Angang 2150ASP hot strip mills was developed and designed for our own efforts. Functions of the system include shape presetting, roll-bending force feedforward control, crown feedback control, flatness feedback control, and decoupling control of shape and gauge. Real- ization of three models, including roll-bending feedforward, crown feedback and flatness feedback, on field was described in detail. Since the system was put into operation in the early of 2006, it has been run stably. Production data shows that shape quality is improved greatly and the system has a well prospect of spread application.
