基于车间管理5S模式的实训实习教学体系改革

本文以高职院校实训实习教学体系为研究对象,采取调查研究法,探索其引入现代企业车间管理5S模式的重要意义,挖掘5S管理在实训实习教学实施中的新内涵,探讨在实训实习体系现场管理、教学方法改革、制度管理、评价体系改革的措施和取得的经验。以期提高相关专业学生的专业技能、岗位适应能力、职业素养,为高职教育专业教学改革提供可参考的依据。

Reform on 5S Management of the Practice and Training Teach System

This paper takes the practice and training teach system of the vocational college as research object using re- search method, explores the significance of the introduction of a corporate 5S management, mines 5S management in the implementation of the teach system to improve the practice and training, and discusses the measures taken in site management, reform of teaching method, system management and innovation of assessment and the experience gained. It is expected to improve the machinery or related major student＇s specialized skill, post adaptiveness, the professional quality, providing the reference basis for the major teaching reform by the vocational education.
