MATLAB在测量技术教学中的应用

摘    要:“测量技术”是中等职业学校机械加工专业的主干课程,而测量工具的使用是其中重要的一部分,是中职学生必须掌握的一种操作技能。MATLAB是一套高性能的数值计算和可视化软件,含有图像获取、图像处理的工具箱。本文以角度测量工具(万能角度尺)的学习与使用为例,针对传统课堂教学模式中反馈不及时的问题,利用机器视觉技术,在MATLAB环境下,自主研发“工件角度测量自主学习软件”,构建新型课堂教学模式。它实现了对学生一对一指导,丰富了理实一体化教学的内涵,提高了教师的工作效率,起到了助学助教功能。

The Application of MATLAB in Measuring Technology in Teaching

Abstract:"measurement technology" is of medium occupation school of mechanical processing professional backbone courses, the use of a measuring tool is an important part, is a vocational school students must master the operation skills. MATLAB is a set of numerical high performance computing and visualization software, containing the image ac-quisition, image processing toolbox. This paper takes the angle measuring tools (Universal angle ruler) learning and using as an example, for not timely feedback the problem of traditional classroom teaching mode, using machine vision technology in the MATLAB environment, the independent research and development of "workpiece angle measuring self-regulated learning software", to construct a new classroom teaching mode. It realized the students one on one in-struction, enrich the connotation of the integration of theory and practice of teaching, teachers to improve the work effi- ciency, played a student assistant function.
