基于LabVIEW的海底管道内检测轨迹三维可视化成像研究

摘    要:海底管道内检测技术用于检测管道内部缺损情况和综合评估管道的使用情况,检测人员希望得到尽可能详细的管道检测信息。通过对管道爬行器内置的双轴倾角传感器测得的爬行器不同位置的方位角和顶角,以及里程轮测得的进尺数据,应用上位机和Lab VIEW开发平台,按均角全距法的计算模型,实现管道爬行器检测过程轨迹的三维可视化成像。通过实验验证,具有理论可行性。

Abstract:Thetechnology of submarine pipeline internal detection is used for internal defect detection of pipeline, and comprehensive assessment of the use of the pipeline.Testing personnel wants to get as far as possible with the pipeline detection information.In this paper, through the tilt sensor for the built-in pipeline crawler crawling is measured in dif- ferent position of the azimuth and angle, and the mileage wheel measured footagedata.Application of PC and LabVIEW development platform.According to the angle range method calculation model.Torealizethe Visualization of 3D imaging of trajectory pipeline crawling device detection process .Through the experiment, it has the theory feasibility.
