大型衬套零件加工刀具刃磨技术分析

摘    要:作为大型柴油机中的常见零部件,衬套零件存在着工件直径大、壁厚较薄等加工不利因素。对该类零件加工所用刀具进行了几何角度分析,并采用YG8螺纹车刀改制刀具进行切削检验,选择合理的切削参数,获得了较好的实际加工效果。

Abstract:As the common parts in large diesel engine, the processing with the liner parts exits some disadvantageous factors, such as large diameter, thin wall and so on. This paper analyses the geometric angle of the tools for this parts processing, and do the cutting test using the cutting tool which is reformed from YG8 thread cutting tool, Select the reasonable machining parameters, and obtain good effect in the practical processing.
