基于物联网的生产车间数据采集系统研究

摘    要:目前农业机械制造产业在生产加工、装配、仓储等工作中存在着大量的数据处理工作,而现有的人工数据采集方式能力较低、效率较差、容易出错。针对这些问题,将基于物联网的RFID技术应用到生产车间数据采集系统中,并且将条形码技术应用到了仓储数据采集中,还运用了单片机与传感器结合制造执行系统来采集车间环境数据。此系统解决了生产车间数据采集困难、易出错、管理混乱等问题,实现了对生产车间数据的实时采集与监控,从而有效的提高了生产效率。

Study on the Production of Plant Data Acquisition System based on Internet of Things

Abstract:At present, agricultural machinery manufacturing industry in the production and processing, assembly, storage etc. exist in a large number of data processing, and the ability of artificial data acquisition mode of the existing low efficiency, poor, prone to error. Aiming at these problems, based on the Internet of things RFID technology ap- plied to the production workshop in data acquisition system, and the application of bar code technology to the storage of data acquisition, and also use the MCU and sensor manufacturing execution system to collect environmental data work- shop with. To solve the production workshop data acquisition difficult, error prone, chaotic management and other is- sues, to achieve real-time data acquisition and monitoring of the production workshop data, so as to effectively improve the production efficiency.
