三唑磷·毒死蜱乳油的液相色谱分析

以ODS色谱柱,UV246 nm为检测波长,用甲醇:水=90∶10(V/V)作为流动相,在ODS色谱柱上同柱液相色谱法测定三唑磷、毒死蜱的含量。方法的变异系数三唑磷为0.41%,毒死蜱为0.35%,三唑磷的回收率为98.9~100.7%,毒死蜱回收率为99.5%~100.6%。相关系数三唑磷为0.9968,毒死蜱为0.9999。

Determination of Triazophos and Chlorpyrifos by HPLC

Triazophos and chlorpyrifos from an emulsion were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The isolation was performed on an ODS column eluted with 90% methanol and detected at 246nm. The variation coefficients of triazophos and chlorpyrifos were 0.41% and 0.35%, recoveries were 98.9 ~100.7% for triazophos and 99.5 ~100.6% for chlorpyrifos, and linear correlations were 0.9968 and 0.9999 respectively.
