| 摘 要： | 试验研究1870dtex/3V1锦纶6浸胶帘布在12.00-24工程机械轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明,与1870dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布相比,轮胎胎体采用1870dtex/3V1锦纶6浸胶帘布,通过调整施工设计,可提高成品轮胎的安全倍数、强度性能及耐久性能,降低原材料成本,减少轮胎退赔率。

| Abstract: | Application of 1870dtex/3V1 nylon 6 cord in 12.00--24 OTR tire was investigated. The results showed that,compared with 1870dtex/2V1 nylon 6 cord,by using 1870dtex/3V1 nylon 6 cord in carcass and adjusting construction design, the safety factor, strength and endurance of finished tire were improved, the material cost was decreased, and the ratio of returned tire was reduced. |
