摘    要:用数值模拟方法对井下油气水力旋流分离器内的气液分离两相流场进行了研究,通过数值模拟得到流场分布规律符合已知的旋流器流场分布规律。将数值计算与室内模拟试验的分离效率进行了对比,结果表明用数值模拟的方法进行流场研究是可靠的。将油气水力旋流分离器的主要结构及操作参数对分离性能的影响进行了模拟,结果表明水力旋流器经过优化设计可以进行井下油气分离,且分离效果较好。所采用的数学模型及模拟方法为井下水力旋流油气分离器进一步优化结构、提高分离效率提供了一条有效途径。

Abstract:The gas-liquid two-phase flow field in the oil-gas hydrocyclone is studied by means of the numerical simulation. It is obtained from the numerical simulation that the flow field distribution rule is in accordance with the known hydrocyclone flow field rule completely. The comparison between the separation efficiencies from numerical calculation and indoor simulation test shows that the way to study the flow field by using the numerical simulation method proves reliable. The impact of the main structure and operating parameters of the separator on the separation efficiency is simulated, and the result indicates that the optimized oil-gas hydrocyclone can satisfy the requirement of downhole oil-gas separation. The mathematical model and computing method can be used for further structural optimization and can also provide an effective way to improving the separation efficiency.
