脂肪二元羧酸及其盐的制备和结构研究进展

摘    要:综述了脂肪二元羧酸及其盐的制备方法、脂肪二元羧酸的分离方法、脂肪二元羧酸盐的热稳定性以及脂肪二元羧酸及其盐的傅里叶变换红外光谱特征。脂肪二元羧酸的制备方法有氧化法、Diels-Alder法、二元醇法、水杨酸裂解法、腈水解法和生化法;脂肪二元羧酸盐的制备方法有中和法和复分解反应法。总结了30种脂肪二元羧酸金属盐的傅里叶变换红外光谱图,发现镁盐、钡盐锶盐为螯合配位,钙盐、锌盐中同时存在螯合配位和桥式配位。脂肪二元羧酸的种类对羧酸盐配位结构没有影响,镁盐、钙盐与锶盐、钡盐在熔融后的结构变化不同。

Abstract:It is reviewed respectively that the preparation methods of the aliphatic dicarboxylic acids and their salts, separation and thermal stability of the acids, characteristic of Fourier transform infrared from the acids and the salts. Preparation ways of the acids include oxidation of cyclic-ketone, Diels-Alder reaction, from dihydric alcohol to the acids, salicylic acid pyrolysis processing, cyano cyclicketone hydrolysis and the fermentation of petroleum alkanes, etc. Preparation methods of the salts containe neutralization and metathesis. It has been found that chelated coordination in the salts of Mg, Ba and Sr, both chelated and bridge coordination in the salts of Ca and Zn simultaneously, by observation and summary to 30 kinds of infrared spectra of the salts. Every kind of the acid does not affect the coordination structure to the salts, and the salts of Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba have different changes in structure by heating to melting.
