| 摘 要： | 设计了一种应用于CMOS电流舵结构D/A转换器的输出级电路，对输出级电路中的OTA电路和偏爱电路做了理论分析和计算，并给出了部分仿真结果。而且，备部分电路匹配良好，提高了整个DAC的性能。

| Abstract: | An output stage circuit applied in the digital-to-analog converter with current-steering is designed.In the paper,an OTA circuit and its bias circuit in the output stage circuit are analysed and calculated.In addition,some of the simulation results are presented.As a result,the output stage circuit improves the performance of the whole DAC. |
