| Abstract: | The new energy research and development will be in under each kind of comprehensive factor function,according to the former experience and the present situation,will absorb the advanced domestic and foreign economies,will improve own existence the insufficiency,the union energy structure law of development,will take the effective action to carry on the strategic adjustment,in order to will develop the new energy technology well,this will realize the sustainable development to the humanity to be extremely advantageous,enables the new energy to display in ours life more and more in function. |
