摘    要:煤炭企业历来以生产任务为导向,在此基础上形成了重人才使用、轻人才培养的传统模式。这就意味着,企业人才在岗位技能上能够做到"一专",却难以满足"多能"的要求。从煤炭企业人才现状中,可知人才建设面临的问题:缺乏跨界人才培养机制、缺少学习型人才培养机制、企业人才建设目标模糊、企业人才建设手段单一,这就为对策的构建提供思路。

Abstract:Tcoal enterprise always takes the production task oriented,based on this formed heavy human resources,light of talent training,the traditional mode.This means that the enterprise talented people in post skills can do "a special",but it is difficult to meet the requirements of the "can".From the coal enterprise talents in the present situation,it can be seen that the problems facing the talents construction: lack of cross-border mechanism of talents training,lack of learning mechanism of talents training,enterprise talents construction target fuzzy,enterprise talents construction means of a single.Thus,this is the construction of the thinking of the countermeasures provide.
