西安铁路北客站钢结构安装质量控制

西安铁路北客站项目工程结构形式为钢骨混凝土框架结构,结构形式虽然简单,但由于承载较大,钢柱安装完毕以后内部浇筑混凝土。若构件安装就位不准确,将会造成不可挽回的损失。结构连接形式均为焊接,工程所用板材以厚板为主,施工时间跨越冬季,对焊接有较高的要求。介绍预埋螺栓安装的模板定位方法,钢柱、钢梁的安装质量控制方法,焊接的防护措施和预后热处理方法。通过采用上述质量控制措施,钢柱钢梁的安装控制项目均满足GB50205-2001《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》的要求,单项工程一次交验合格率达到100%。

QUALITY CONTROL OF STEEL STRUCTURE INSTALLATION ON THE XI'AN NORTH RAILWAY STATION

The structure of Xi′an north railway station is reinforced concrete frame structure. The structure is simple, because of large load steel columns are prior installation to internal pouring concrete. If the components are not accurate in position, which will cause irreversible loss. Forms of structural connections are weld, and the plates are thick ones mainly. Because spanning the winter, this project has high requirements on the welding. It describes template positioning of the embedded bolts installation; the installation quality control methods of steel columns and steel beams; welding protective measures and prognosis heat treatment method. Through the use of these quality control measures, the installation control project of steel beams and steel columns satisfies the requirements of "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures"(GB 50205-2001), and the pass rate of individual project is 100%.
