煤层气水平井射孔完井段抗有效外挤能力的有限元分析

摘    要:随着技术水平的不断发展与完善,现代水平井钻井技术在煤层气开采中得到了广泛的应用,其中射孔套管在不同的生产时期、生产条件和不同的煤层地质环境下,受力情况是不同的。在常规的条件下研究水平井段射孔套管的受力情况,即在确定套管的有效外挤压力的情况下,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对射孔套管进行了实体建模、网格划分及有限元计算。最终通过数据处理及对比分析,得出射孔套管受力情况随着有效外挤压力增加的变化规律,从而确定了射孔套管达到抗外挤强度最小值时的最大有效外挤力,为套管强度设计奠定基础。

Abstract:The forces of perforated casing are different at different production times,different production environments or different geologic environment.The forces of perforated casing in horizontal wells under conditions of conventional are researched in this article,that is when determined effective external pressure of casing,entity modeling,meshing,and finite element analysis have been done by the finite element analysis software ANSYS.At last,the rule of forces of perforated casing is obtained with the increasing of effective external pressure by data handling and comparison analysis,and then determined the maximum effective external pressure when the minima of external collapsing strength of perforated casing had been obtained,it was the basis of the designing of casing intensity.
