厚度改变对单漏斗矩形钢煤斗受力性能的影响

摘    要:一般情况下认为增加钢煤斗的厚度可以减小钢煤斗的应力,但是增加厚度的同时也增加了重量。通过有限元软件ANSYS,采用添加表面效应单元的方法解决荷载施加的问题,分析在4种不同厚度下矩形钢煤斗的受力性能。研究发现:厚度增加反而会导致最大Mises应力的增大。

Abstract:Researches on the steel coal scuttle show that the stress reduces as increasing the thickness of steel coal scuttle .But as the thickness of steel coal scuttle increases, the weight also increases. Through the finite element analysis on steel coal scuttle, it accomplishes the goal of applying vary loads by adding surface effect element, researches the influence on the rectangular steel coal scuttle caused by different thickness.The result shows the maximum Mises stress increases with the thickness increasing.
