史密斯模糊自整定PID控制器在温度控制系统中的应用研究

摘    要:分析了PID控制器和模糊PID控制器的优缺点,将史密斯纯滞后补偿和模糊控制PID的优点结合起来,设计了史密斯模糊自整定PID控制器。计算机仿真和现场运行结果表明,史密斯模糊自整定PID控制器与模糊自适应PID控制器和常规PID控制器相比较,提高了烘干炉温度控制系统的自适应能力和鲁棒性,改善了系统的动态性能和静态性能,能使非线性、大滞后等特殊的系统达到良好的控制效果。

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of the PID controller and fuzzy PID controller are analyzed.This method can take the advantages of them and avoid the disadvantages.The Smith fuzzy self-tuning PID controller was designed.The computer simulation result as well as the spot test show that the Smith and fuzzy self-tuning PID controller,compared with fuzzy self-tuning PID controller and the traditional PID controller,can increase the self-tuning ability and the robustness of the temperature control system.It can improve both the dynamic and static property of the system,hence a better effect for special systems like nonlinear or time-lag ones.
