| Abstract: | In the paper, the definition of cleaner production and the current situation of its development at home and abroad are introduced, the significance of the promotion of cleaner production in the beverage industry is stated, and some cost-free/low-cost and medium-cost/high-cost cleaner production measures that can be taken in the current beverage industry are studied to set forth that cleaner production will be an essential approach to the sustainable development of the beverage industry. |
