基于半导体吸收的电力变压器绕组温度在线监测技术研究

摘    要:变压器绕组温度的监测问题已日益受到重视,由于测温场合条件特殊,直接或间接检测绕组温度一直是一个难题。在寻求温度传感器的其他替代手段的所有研究中,光纤测温以其抗电磁干扰能力强、体积小、耐高压、耐腐蚀等优点逐步受到重视。根据变压器绕组测温的实际情况提出一种简单可行的测温新方法,即基于半导体吸收式的光纤测温技术。试验结果表明了该方法应用于变压器绕组温度在线监测的可行性。

Abstract:The monitor of transformer winding temperature has been regarded day by day.Direct or indirect check of winding temperature has always been a difficult problem for it's special temperature measurement condition.In the study of looking for substitute measure,optical-fiber temperature measurement has been given more and more attention for its advantages of strong resistance of electro-magnetic interference,small volume,high-voltage resistance and corrosion resistance.In accordance with the real condition of transformer winding temperature measurement,a new simple and feasible method is put forward,i.e.semiconductor absorption based optical-fiber temperature measurement technology.Test results show the feasibility to apply this new method in transformer winding temperature measurement.
