摘    要:为了降低潼关高程,采取了多项措施进行原型试验。根据2003年的原型资料,分析了汛期潼关高程的下降过程及不同措施的影响,认为在汛期潼关高程的下降值中,有利水沙条件的作用约占60%;洪水期完全敞泄、非汛期三门峡水库控制318m运用、库区东卢湾裁弯取直工程的实施等也具有重要作用。因此的水沙过程是潼关高程下降和稳定的必要条件。

Abstract:In order to lower elevation at Tongguan, the prototype experiment has been made with various measures. The effects from various measures and the duration of the decrease of the elevation at Tongguan are analyzed herein based on the data from the prototype experiment made in 2003, in which the effects favorable to the flow and sediment condition are considered to be about 60% within the decreasing value of the elevation during flood period. The measures such as ungated operation of the reservoir in flood season, controlling the level of Sanmenxia Reservoir under el. 318 m and the cut-off of Dongluwan reach of the reservoir are important as well. Consequently a favorable flow and sediment condition is the necessary condition for falling and stabilizing the elevation at Tongguan.
