2009～2010年我国焊管工业运行情况及可持续发展建议

分析了2009年以来我国焊管工业的运行情况:2009年产量持续大幅增长,表观消费量增速加快,油气输送钢管需求旺盛,但焊管出口形势依然严峻,总体装备和技术水平快速提升,技术进步和新产品开发取得新进展;2010年我国焊管工业前三季度运行基本平稳,下半年焊管产量能否稳定则存在不确定因素,石油管出口比例继续下降。对我国焊管工业可持续发展提出了几点建议:转变增长方式,从单纯建设新线向提高焊管产业集中度转变;加强技术改造和人才培养,提高企业技术实力;积极开拓新的国际市场;重视新产品开发。

2009-2010 Operation Situation and Suggestions for Sustainable Development of Domestic Weld Pipe Industry

Made in the paper is an analysis related to the general situation of operation of domestic weld pipe industry since 2009. In 2009, the total output is going up continuously and considerably;the apparent consumption amount is increased more rapidly;demands for gas/oil linepipes are in the peak;meanwhile the export situation for weld pipes remained grim as before;The equipment and technical levels in general are improved fast, while more achievements in technology development and new product R D are obtained. And in 2010, the operation of the industry is generally smooth in the first three quarters, whereas it is not sure whether such situation continues or not due to some variable factors. And in this year the export proportion of oil pipes keeps going down. Several suggestions are put forward for sustainable development of domestic weld pipe industry, including changing the growth mode from building up new production lines only to enhancing the concentration level of the weld pipe industry, strengthening technical upgrading and personnel training, enhancing the technical capacity of enterprises of the industry, further tapping market potentials in the world, and making more efforts in new product R D.
