摘    要:针对青海尕斯低渗透油田酸液注入困难,酸化效果差的问题,提出了水力脉冲一化学复合增产技术,该技术是将振源产生的水力脉冲波与化学增产措施相结合,进行复杂油气田开发的一种新型复合增产技术.大幅度提高酸化效果.本文结合青海尕斯油田,将4种酸液以不同的方式处理岩心,通过渗透率比值的对比,优选出了最佳的处理方式和处理酸液,水力脉冲辅助酸化优于单独酸化和水力脉冲,同时进行水力脉冲与酸化(酸液体系CH-59)时渗透率比值最大(2.71).在此指导下进行了两口井的设计应用,均取的良好的效果,有效期达六个月以上,累计增注9624m3.

Abstract:Aim at the difficulty of the acid injection and the low acidization effect in Qing haiGaSi Oilfield with low permeability hydraulic pulse composite chemistry stimulation tech- nology is proposed which is a new composite stimulation technique that combines hydraulic pulse wave produced by vibration with chemical stimulation in complex oil and gas exploita tion. The technology can prevent or restrain the production of stemming around the wellbore or embrasure as well as improve the acid reaction which will improve the acidification effect significantly. This paper combining with QinghaiGaSi Oilfield characteristic, optimizes the best process mode and acid liquid through dealing with core in different ways using 4 kinds of acid liquid and analyzing by compare the ratio of permeability before and after the reaction. Hydraulic pulse-composite chemistry stimulation method is better than each of the solo tech niques and when hydraulic pulse wave and chemical plugging removal(CH-59 aeidizing sys- tem)are carried at the same time, the ratio of permeability is the highest(2.71). Two wellsare designed and applied under the guidance of the with more than 6 monthes effective period and 9 increased. composite technology and the result is nice 624 m3 water cumulative injection volume
