摘 要: | 为实现薄膜基板太阳能电池的高效率化,富士电机最近开发了利用微晶硅(μc—si)的太阳能电池。做晶硅太阳能电池需要在高速下制膜(desposition),尽管高速制膜与转换效率之间存在着折衷关系,但通过制膜方法与条件的改善,在4倍于初期的制膜速度下,达到了等于或高于初期开发阶段的高转换效率。如将这些技术应用于多结(multi-junction)太阳能电池中,则可达到比现有薄膜基板太阳能电池更高的稳定转换效率11.7%:

Abstract: | Recently, Fuji Electric developed the μ c-Si solar cell in order to realize the high efficiency of thin film solar cells. The film of the μ c-Si solar cell should be made in high speed. Regardless of the trade-off between high speed film-making and conversion efficiency, it has reached a high conversion efficiency equal to even higher than the initial development phase at the speed of 4 times faster than that of the initial phase with better method and condition of film-lnaking. If these technologies are applied to multi-junction solar cells, conversion efficiency will be 11.7% higher than curi'ent thin film solar cells. |
