| Abstract: | The limit of the public participation capacity and the difference in the goals of participation require that we should establish the public participation system of urban planning with the community as the core, adopt different patterns, mechanisms and forms of organizations of participation according to the characteristics of the public at different places and time in our guidance and organization of the public to participate in the urban planning. |
