| 摘 要： | 加强军队院校专业技术职务任后管理工作，对促进院校科技干部队伍建设，具有极其重要的作用。本文针对军队院校专业技术职务任后管理问题，结合我院专业技术干部考评的实际进行了探讨。在阐述专业技术职务任后管理作用与内容的基础上，着重论述任后管理工作运行状况及存在的不足，分析了存在问题的原因，提出了改进任后管理工作的对策。

| Abstract: | It is of great importance to strengthen the management of the specialized technical duty in the military colleges and universities and plays an important role in promot- ing the construction of the contingent of scientific and technologcal cadres. The paper ap- proaches the subject in the light of the investigation and check of the technical cadres in the actual condition. On the basis of the exposition of its function and content, the paper em- phatically points out and expownds the state and deficiency in the management. It also analy- ses the reasons for the existing problems and puts forward the way to improve the manage- ment. |
