| 摘 要： | 随着现代信息技术的发展,使得基于Web技术的网络教学成为现代教育技术改革与发展的方向。本文分析了网络教学平台的技术特点,主要针对基于Web技术的网络多媒体教学平台的设计思路以及主要技术的实现方法进行了一些探讨。
