| Abstract: | Applies Case-Based Reasoning(CBR) Technology to the emergency plans management system, makes a research and discusses every process, for example, plans representation, plan storage structure, plans retrieval, plan adaptation and system study, of the solution of the emergency plans management, which based on CBR. Plans retrieval uses AHP to achieve the determination of the properties weight of an emergency plan. |
