1,4-丁二醇生产工艺技术评价

摘    要:论述了1,4丁-二醇的用途及工艺技术,其中生产方法主要分为Reppe法、Davy-M ckee法、M itsub ish i Chem ical法、Lyondell法。重点介绍了改良Reppe法技术特点,并分别对ISP工艺、BASF工艺及DUPONT工艺的专利技术特点进行介绍和比较。此外还介绍了1,4丁-二醇最新工艺进展。针对目前我国资源结构的特点和实际情况,提出建设1,4丁-二醇项目的建议。

Abstract:Summarizing the purpose and process technology of 1,4-butanediol.The process technology mainly(includes) Reppe process,Davy-Mckee process,Mitsubishi Chemical process and Lyondell process.Emphatically(introducing) the technology features of improved Reppe process,respectively introducing and comparing the proprietary technology of ISP process,BASF process and DUPONT process.Latest process development of 1,4-butanediol was also introduced.Based on the resource characteristic of our country,the suggestions for constructing 1,4-butanediol plant under domestic actual situation were put forward.
