我国环氧树脂耐热性研究进展

摘    要:介绍了国内有关环氧树脂耐热改性方面的研究成果,通过与含刚性骨架的聚合物共混、共聚,添加纳米粒子等可以提高环氧树脂的耐热性能;通过对耐热固化剂的选择,引入有机硅等改变环氧树脂分子链结构等也可以实现环氧树脂耐热性能的改善。多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)分子内核的键能高,在受热分解后能够形成SiO2骨架进一步提高环氧树脂复合材料的耐热性。

Abstract:The research progresses in modification of thermo resistance for epoxy resin were summarized and reviewed in detail.Through blending or copolymerization with polymers with rigid backbone,the thermo resistance of the epoxy resin can be improved,so as to the addition of nanoparticles.Through careful selection of thermo-resistant curing reagents or introduction of the organic silicane,the thermo resistance of the epoxy resin can also be improved.Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes(POSS) is a kind of nanosized organic-inorganic composite.The bond energy of Si-O-Si is higher than C-C bond,and POSS will transfer into SiO2.Thus,the thermo resistance of the epoxy resin composites could be improved further.
