摘    要:小电流接地电网单相接地故障电流小,电弧不稳定,难以检测.文中分析了接地故障暂态过程特征,提出比较暂态零序电流幅值、极性的故障选线新方法.该方法检测可靠、不受消弧线圈、故障点不稳定的影响.提出了记录瞬时性接地故障对线路绝缘进行评估的新思路.实际接地故障录波结果验证了提出的检测方法.

Abstract:Due to the nature of weak and unstable fault current,single earth fault detection in non-solid grounded network has been very difficult.The transient characteristics of a single phase fault are analyzed in this paper.A new faulty circuit selection method based on comparing zero sequence transient current amplitudes and polarities of outgoing feeders are presented.The proposed method is free from Peterson coil and unstable arc influences.A new idea that insulation condition of a feeder could be evaluated by detect- ing transient ground fault is also introduced.The proposed fault detection method has been proved by field test results.
