摘    要:通过对回收瓶片原料特性的深入研究,结合生产企业的实际情况,编制了纺丝级再生PET瓶片的质量控制标准;在研究国内外短纤维先进设备的基础上,结合瓶片再生纺丝的工艺特点,对纺丝、后处理的关键设备进行了集成创新,开发了可以利用回收瓶片生产高强型涤纶短纤维的成套设备和工艺技术,达到国际先进水平。

Abstract:Through deep study on property of recycled bottle flakes and combined with production practice, the quality control standard for regenerated PET bottle flakes of fiber-grade is compiled. Based on the investgation of domestic and overseas advanced staple fiber equipment, and combined with regenerated bottle flakes' process property, the complete equipment and process technology are developed for producing high-tenacity PET staple fiber from recycled bottle flakes through integration and innovation of the key spinning and drawing machine, which keeps leading position at home and abroad.
