| 摘 要： | 主要介绍井式渗碳炉渗碳过程中单片机控制系统的构成和设计要点。该系统可实现对工艺过程中7段温度、炉气碳势值及运行时问的自动控制。文中还对系统的硬件构成及软件设计措施进行了详细地描述。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduces the construction and designing essentials of microcontroller control system in cementite process of pit cementite furnace.This system can conduct automatic control of seven segment temperature value,furnace gas carbon value and runtime in technics progress. The system's hardware construction and methods of software design are discussed in detail. |
