冀东油田含油污水的处理现状及发展方向

油田污水处理的主要目的是去除水中的油、悬浮物、添加剂以及对注水系统腐蚀、结垢的不利成分.高尚堡作业区、柳赞作业区、老爷庙作业区以及其他区块的水质成分复杂,水量变化大,处理后回注水的水质要求达到A2级标准,因此选择的处理工艺要求处理效果好、耐冲击.研制新型设备和药剂,开发新工艺,应用新技术成为冀东油田污水处理发展的新方向.

Present State and Development Trend of Oily Waste Water Disposal in Jidong Oilfield

The main work of the waste water disposal for the field is to remove the oil, suspended solid and additive in the water and the unfavorable component of the water injection system such as the corrosion and scale formation. The adoptive techniques include gravitational settlement separate, soft gas floatation,filtration,membrane separation and organic method. The water-quality components are complex and the variety of water quantity is wide for Gaoshangpu zone, Liuzan zone,Laoyemiao zone and other blocks and the water quality of the recirculated water treated needs to reach A2 standard. So the selective process requires the good treating efficiency and impact resistance. To develop the new type of facility, medicament and new process, applying the new technique is the new development direction of the waste water disposal for Jidong oilfield.
