质子交换膜燃料电池电堆结构封装支撑件振动可靠性仿真

摘    要:为计算某质子交换膜燃料电池电堆封装支撑件的疲劳寿命,用CATIA建立该质子交换膜燃料电池电堆的CAD模型;用HyperMesh对该CAD模型进行网格划分;将得到的有限元模型导入MSC Patran中,确定输入载荷谱和边界条件并进行应力载荷计算,对该结构封装支撑件进行振动可靠性仿真.结果表明无论在一般路面还是在强化路面条件下,该封装支撑件满足整车对其寿命的要求.该仿真结果可为质子交换膜燃料电池电堆悬置系统的设计提供参考.
