| 摘 要： | JPEG2000是静止图像压缩的新标准，文章对该标准中的几个关键技术进行了分析和研究，诸如基于分块的小波变换技术，结合人类视觉系统的量化编码技术，嵌入式分层位流的组织等。并把该技术引入到变电站图像监控系统中，取得了比较满意的效果。

| Abstract: | JPEG2000 is a new standard for still image compressing applications. In this pap er, some key technologies of the standard are analyzed and studied, such as the wavelet transform based on partition of image, the quantization and coding on jo ining human visual system, the form of embedded bit-stream, and so on. Subsequen tly, the new standard is used in image surveillance system of substations and ex perimental results are satisfying. |
