玻璃纤维增强环氧基复合界面介电性能的研究

摘    要:通过介电性能试验和理论计算研究了偶联剂对玻璃纤维/环氧复合界面层介电性能的影响。对玻璃纤维经偶联剂处理前后表面自由能和浸润活化能等进行了研究分析,探讨了偶联剂对玻璃纤维/环氧复合界面介电性能的影响机制。

Abstract:Influence of coupling agent on the wetting property of glass fiber,and dielectrical property of glass fiber/epoxy composites interface is presented in this paper. The reaction active energy and wetting energy are analysed before and after glass fiber being treated with coupling agents. Effects of coupling agents on glass fiber/epoxy composites interface dielectrical property are also discussed.
