| 摘 要： | 介绍了全部采用低品位毒重石矿粉与副产盐酸反应生成合格的液体氯化钡的实验方法和生产工艺。探索了合理的盐酸、矿粉和母液配比，采用多级除杂工艺，去除镁离子、钙离子、锶离子等多种杂质。采用自产的液体氯化钡与外购固体氯化钡相比，可显著提高经济效益。

| Abstract: | The test and production process of liquid barium chloride synthesized by low grade witherite breeze and by-product hydrochloric acid were introduced.The proportion of hydrochloric acid and breeze and mother liquid was discussed.Multistage impurity removal process was adopted,including magnesium ion,factor IV and strontium.Self-produced liquid barium chloride has the obvious economic profits than outsourcing solid barium chloride. |
