| 摘 要： | 康耐视视觉系统集成了图像采集、处理和输出控制三大功能,有着良好的性价比。将它应用到焊缝跟踪系统,康耐视摄像机采集结构光照射到焊缝所产生的图像,使用内嵌图像处理工具识别,最后通过I/O引出面板输出相应的控制信号,取得了令人满意的效果。

| Abstract: | Cognex vision system integrates image acquisition,processing and output control signals three major functions,and it has a good quality/price ratio.It is completely successful that Cognex vision system is applied to the weld tracking system,through collecting the image from the weld irradiated with laser as a structured light,identifying the image by embedded image processing tools,and educing the corresponding control signals by I/O panel.Thus it can get satisfied effectiveness. |
