| 摘 要： | 全面质量管理是20世纪50年代科学技术和工业生产迅猛发展,人们对质量管理要求越来越高,要求实行全员、全过程、全企业的质量管理发展起来的.本文从质量策划,质量控制等方面阐述了选矿厂应用全面质量管理的成功实践,并提出作者的自我见解.

| Abstract: | The total quality management has been developed since when science and technology as well as industrial production began to have a rapid development, and the requirements for the quality management be higher and higher in 1950 s.The successful practice of the total quality management concerning the quality control and so on in Ore-dressing Plant is introduced and the writer's own understanding is also put forward in the paper. |
