摘    要:建立塔式起重机CAD整体信息模型,在整机性能参数的统一控制下完成总体面局,外观造型设计,整机稳定性计算、钢结构强度和刚度优化设计、零部件的结构优化,可靠性分析,整机模型动态试验等设计过程,并对设计结果进行计算机评价,结合运用资源库,绘图CAD等,绘制塔式起重机的整套设计文件,自动生成产品的工艺文件。这些过程基于对塔式起重机设计时CAD信息空间进行分析,构造出整机的CAD信息模型,为设计过程中的信息

Abstract:In this paper, the structure and function of a whole information model for tower crane CAD is proposed. The differential information relationships are described with the help of space networks structure. Applying the fuzzy theory, the information is analyzed and processed. And so, its whole coordination can be retained. Results of the simulation show that the method is feasible and effective. It has been made clear that applying this whole information model for tower crane CAD can greatly raise efficiency and quality of the engineering design.
