Al—Ti系中间合金的铝热反应

摘    要:利用X射线衍射相分析,扫描电镜,能谱分析以及化学分析等方法对铝热反应过程进行了研究。结果表明铝热在初期非常剧烈,后期达到平衡,铝热反应是一个复杂的反应过程,由多个具体反应组成。反应初期,除TiAl3外,生成了亚稳态的TiAl9,后期TiAl9转化为稳定的TiAl3金属间化合物。

Abstract:An investigation was carried out of the reaction between KZTiF6 and aluminium melt. Itwas found that the reaction was very vigorous at the very beginning and then got to a dynamic equilibrium.There were several concrete reactions during the aluminothermal reaction process. At the beginning stageof the reaction, besides TiAl3, there emerged one type of metastable intermetallic phase TiA19 in aluminiummelt, which resolved lately and turned into a stable phase TiAl3.
