| 摘 要： | 通过分析、研究质量计划过程，建立了质量计划过程模型。以过程模型为基础，通过分析、研究现有质量工具在质量计划中的作用、适用范围，建立了质量计划过程中工具间的关系模型。以上述模型为基础，探讨了面向群体协同工作环境、具有智能支持的质量软件工具系统的研究与实现，并给出了一个应用实例。

| Abstract: | The research and development of a quality planning system is discussed in this paper. On the basis of summarizing the quality planning process , studying and analysing the Quality Tools, a quality planning process model is presented to express the application of those quality tools in quality planning, and to set up the relationship for those tools in the quality planning working flow. On the basis of quality planning methodology research, a quality planning system, TWO-QPLAN, is established to provide users with quality palnning tools, intelligent support, documents management and communication functionality lt illustrated with an application example. |
